obstruction

An obstruction. Something that gets in the way. Something that keeps us from achieving our goal or getting to where we need to be.

When the eye is unobstructed, the result is sight. When the ear is unobstructed, the result is hearing.

Jesus warned us about having boards in our eyes. Are there things in our life that we are seeing or focusing on that are distractions or obstructions? Are we listening to things that cloud our thoughts? Are we the best ones to ask such questions? Can we even see our board, or are we so used to looking around it that we think this kind of sight is normal? Brave people challenge their own paradigms.

Remove the negativity and we will see clearly. Remove our judgements and we will act with grace.
