More on seeing the good.
The day before New Years Eve, I wore shorts and flip flops. I relaxed by a palm tree and swam in a pool. On New Years Eve, I flew back to Kansas City. I went from 80 degree weather to 20 degree weather. As I stood out at the curb at KCI [without a jacket] waiting for my ride, I took a deep breath of the cold January air and gave thanks. God, thank you for daily breath! Thank you for the joy of living! Thank you for friends! Thank you for the privilege of sharing your love.
Warm weather is great, but there are so many other blessings that we cannot ignore. We have so much to be thankful for.
It’s a beautiful day in God’s world, be sure to see the good.
