Illusions

Friends are people that get you, and you get them.  It is hard to explain the connections that we have with each other that seem to run deeper than we can understand.

I have loved this book for years.  I read it in 1987 and it practically saved my life.  I mentioned the book to a friend... surprise, surprise, it was one of their favorites too.

Right off the top of their head, they shared a quote with me from the book that I had forgotten.

"Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you're alive, it isn't. "

I am probably not the only person who needed to hear that.
