So we came home the other day and the sand cranes were in our front yard. As you can see they are big tall birds and they don't back down from anyone or anything.We went in the house and our normal cat greeting party was not there. Hmm. Maybe they had killed each other. Finally! No, you tend to wonder what animals are up to when they don't follow the normal greeting routine.
I looked around the house and found them looking out the front door. I guess they were hungry.
