avoid panic

I saw this the other day on the news and I thought it was great.

Let me add a couple of thoughts.
Avoid panic by the following...
-stop watching the news
-stop thinking about it
-stop talking to negative people
-do see the good.
-engage yourself in constructive uses of your time
-do talk with positive people
-do practice the presence of God
-do lean into our heavenly Father

It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
