And now on to today's post...

Last week I was sitting in a hotel room in Galax, Virginia.  It is a real place.  Look it up.

I wanted to watch a movie before I went to bed.  I found an Adam Sandler movie.  I laughed.  I laughed hard.  I guffawed.  I belly laughed.

It was fantastic.

One of the things that I love about really laughing is that when I really laugh, I sound like my Dad.  I remember hearing him laugh from time to time when I was a kid, and it was the best thing.  It made me feel that he was happy.

Laughter is good stuff.  It is good for the soul.  If you haven't laughed for a while, pull out a good comedy.  You will be glad that you did.
