Good Friday. Good because why? Jesus suffers and dies. Suffering and death doesn't sound very good.
Good Friday. It's good for us. Because in the death of Jesus, a relationship is made right. Our sins are forgiven and our relationship with God is restored, healed.
Pause sometime today and say "thank you." To say thank you to God is the beginning of living the Christian life.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.

I did just that this morning as I opened the garage door and saw the sunrise. It truly is a "good" Friday...and Sat. and Sun..etc., etc., etc.
