I'm sorry

I'm sorry.  I missed it.
Talk like a pirate day is held on September 19th every year, and this year, I missed it.

I guess I have my excuses.... we were cleaning up from after the hurricane.  I have been working on final arrangements for a new job.  I bought a used pickup truck.  My cousin got married.  I broke my arm.  I fell into quicksand.  I came down with the plague.  It wasn't my fault!

RRR... I apologize for missing talk like a pirate day.  Please please next year will someone remind me a few days prior?  As silly as it sounds, I have always loved talk like a pirate day.  I may just have to do a little pirate talk today to make up.
