surgery

Some of you knew that I was scheduled for surgery on April 10.  Knee replacement.  I have received some cards and well wishes, which I appreciate.

So, having said that, I need to let you know that my surgery has been postponed until June 26th.  Everything is ok.  

Initially they told me that I would need 4 weeks for recovery.  But at my pre-op meeting earlier this week, I was told that I needed 8 weeks.

So the June 26th date gives me 8 weeks clear, post surgery, to recover.
