You don't need my permission.  You don't need anyone's permission.  Go.  Go love people.  Do it.  Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

My former Bishop, Robert Schnase wrote a book called, Just Say Yes.  It is about Pastors and churches that turn people loose for ministry.  Very few hoops to jump through.  Simply hear God's call and get after it.

Imagine a church, imagine a world where all of the Christians acted out their calling.  Where they spontaneously poured themselves into loving others, feeding the hungry and being the hands and feet of Jesus.  You could not draw an organizational chart of that.  It might drive the official board crazy and that would be good!

This is the world that God hopes for.  People just loving others- fast and furious.  If you are making everything come across your desk, stop it.  Create an environment of yes.  Turn people loose.  The most exciting part of being a Christian is being in ministry.... all of us can do that.  Just get up every day and love people.

Go.  GO.  GO!!!!
