daily lives and our practices fall into chaotic behavior, leaders must find a way to restore order. By that I do not mean totalitarian practice as much as simply leading in a way that we are solving problems instead of creating them.
We must ask ourselves about the outcome of our choices. Much behavior is predictable. Run the present course of action out to it's logical conclusion. Are we creating challenges or resolving them? Are we making things more complicated or simplifying them? What will happen if we stay on the same course? What are the consequence of a course change?
Someone once said that "Insanity is doing the same things over and over but expecting the same results." Let us never be afraid to make a change if a indeed a change is needed.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
