I rarely get sick.
But I was sick earlier this week. Headache, stomach ache, exhausted, sore throat, runny nose. Since I am going on a trip with some folks next week, I went to get a covid test. I did not think I had covid, and I did not. I was negative.
Come on Jeff, don't be negative... unless its a covid test.
Anyway, if you are feeling well today, please stop and give thanks that you feel well. We take feeling well for granted. It takes being under the weather to make us appreciate feeling well.
Never take anything for granted. Seeing, hearing, walking, talking, thinking, they are all blessings. As is feeling well.
Dear Father, I give thanks that I feel better. Help me remember to give thanks regularly for feeling well. Amen.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to be the good.
