I don't know the original source, but I love it. So many of us are in such a hurry, going and doing, that we never stop to relax and let our brain and soul meet up again.
Don't feel awkward about moments of silence. Sit by the fire, sit by the fountain, stop and listen to the gentle wind blowing.
Busyness separates us from ourselves. Quiet and solitude restores us.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
