The older I get, the faster it all goes by. That is why we need to pay attention to each moment. You know the cliches: live in the moment. Seize the day.

Cliches or not, paying attention to each day and each moment is a blessing for those who will do it. Taking stock of each moment fills one's heart with gratitude. It also makes us mindful of those around us. It creates a sense of connectedness to others and keeps us humble.
