We knew this church well. We had received members from them and we had probably lost some to them as well.
We inquired about the insurance deductible. It was $1,000. Our missions department authorized a check to cover this. It was my pleasure to deliver it to the church leadership.
You know, it could have been our steeple.
I love the stories of how individuals help others. In this case, one church helped another. Anytime we help someone else, it is good for them and good for us. It makes us feel good to bless others.
Someone around you has had a storm blow through their life. What can you do to help them?
