I was thinking about this the other day. Where do we go when we die.
Well, as a Christian, the easy answer is: we go to heaven. Personally, I don't believe in streets of gold and pearly gates. I believe that these images are the attempts of mere humans to describe the indescribable.
What I do believe is that when we cross over the river of life, we will be taken into an ocean of love. It will feel like coming home. It's not that our questions will be answered, our questions will fall away.
I believe that we will find that peace, contentment, joy and bliss that we struggle to secure in this life. What is a challenge to find on this earth, will be obvious in heaven.
My 2 cents.
