2011 or 2012

Forgiving the pastor's sins.

It was brought to my attention that during several of the services on Sunday, I misspoke about what year was ending, and what year was beginning.  I am sorry for this.  Please be assured that I know that it is now 2012, even if I didn't say it correctly.

It's a beautiful day in God's world, in 2012, be sure to see the good.

If you did this during the 11:15 a.m. service, I missed it...but I hardly categorize this as a sin, Jeff. In my mind it would be a simple mistake...easily passed over and forgotten. We all make them.

Thank you again for a wonderful message Sunday morning. It was so nice to make a covenant as a congregation. There is something very powerful in doing it that way. Thank you...again and again!!

Take heart. You're keeping those on the "let's find someone's mistakes" committee active and knowing they have a purpose.

Another thing kind of amusing about people who are compelled to let you know you got something wrong.

If most of us felt the responsibility of six Christmas Eve Services, and two preaching services the next morning, we'd do well to only get the date wrong.

You and your whole staff, and of course the wonderful volunteers "done good."

That is too funny. But very comforting to know that your congregation is always there for you--and maybe more importantly, listening. ;)

I didn't know we were supposed to listen for your mistakes. I'll try to pay more attention. I bet I beat you in mistakes by the end of the day!
