Now on to today's post...
We have all found a bit of grief in this life. Make no mistake, it hurts.
A friend dies. Someone moves away. You grow apart. There is a fracture. Grief comes in many forms.
One of the things that I have learned over the years is that the depth of grief is exactly proportional to the depth of the love. The deeper the love, the deeper the grief.
People die that we do not know and we feel little or nothing. But when our loved ones die, when difficulty comes our way, it can really hurt.
For some reason there seems to be a lot of grief around the holidays. If you are grieving, please remember that the grief is a sign of love.
That thought helps me. I hope it helps you.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
