In my line of work as a minister, whether active or retired, I have tried to help people. You go about your work planting seeds in hopes that some will take root.
Sometimes you hear a "thank you," but many times you don't.
Recently someone said something to me that I really appreciated. They said, "Jeff, you have taught me a different way of looking at missions."
I loved this. They have gone from being a Christian who did missions from time to time, to a person that is living missionally.
We only go around once in this life. Do everything that you can to affect positive change in the lives of others. You will be glad that you did.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
