gratitude

I found this quote about gratitude and thought that it was very helpful...

I love this because I think too often we are thankful for the good and unhappy about everything else.  This quote reminds me that an attitude of gratitude is a place that we can land.  An outlook, a posture of gratefulness is a life theme that we can engrain into our being, regardless of outward circumstances.

And those that choose a life of gratitude become truly beautiful people.
