The second thing that I want to say about leading with love in your life is this... be willing to admit that you were wrong.
Apologize. Those who cannot learn to apologize simply leave a trail of hurt. What if part of our approach to life in general included this idea... "I may be wrong." Where ever we start our discussions, no matter how strongly I feel about a thing, I may be wrong.
When we insist that we are right, we put ourselves above others. When we begin with, "here are my ideas, but I may be wrong," we give others room to dialog with us.
Lead with love.
I may be wrong. I open myself to you and your ideas. I love you.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
