The line of least resistance is rarely the direction that leads to success.
The easy thing and the right thing are rarely the same thing.
People who live on farms know this. If you always take the easy way, pretty soon you don't have a farm. People who own businesses know this.... if you keep taking the easy way, pretty soon you are bankrupt.
Successful people make decisions in their life that is best for the overall mission, regardless of the amount of work that it places on themselves. Successful people understand that the mission is always bigger than my preference.
That reminds me of one of my favorite old sayings.... Spiritually developed people are those who have learned to set aside their comfort and preference for the sake of the mission.
It is not an easy day, but it is a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
