You have a voice. Will you hear me? Will you listen to my words? Stop discounting yourself. You have a voice that needs to be heard. You know what to do. You know what to say. Intrinsically inside of yourself, you know that you can lead. Do it. Stand up. Get your licks in for Jesus.
If you don't lead, who might do it? The ranks of leadership are sometimes filled by those who fall into the position because no one else would do it. Don't let that happen. You are a leader. You have a voice.
This is your time. This is your moment. You are needed.
