I helped my friend rebuild a deck. I worked for most of a week on it. I am so sore.
I am way too old for this kind of work.
And I am still dirty. I have showered repeatedly, but I still feel grimy. Sweat, sawdust, sweat and sawdust with sunburn on top. It takes a while to get it all scrubbed off. I am so sore.
Did I say that?
But it feels good to work.
It feels good to accomplish something.
And it feels good to do the work with a friend.
It's a beautiful day in God's world be sure to see the good.
