I keep a $20 bill hidden in my car and I look for that poor soul who is reduced to standing along the road with a sign asking for help. The $20 does not impact my standard of living in any way but it might be a big help to the person by the roadside. I always give the money along with a blessing to the person and when I replace the bill in my car I ask God to draw someone to me who is in need. I see that person by the roadside as being directed to me by God.
I love that. Generosity is a beautiful thing. Help every one that you possibly can.
