well

Well. I am finally well. I was sick for almost two weeks. It is wonderful to feel like a human being again. One of the things that is actually good about being sick is that it makes you appreciate being well.

We are so funny. We take feeling well for granted. We shouldn't. It is a blessing to be healthy, and being sick every now and then is a good reminder that the ability to breath is indeed something to be thankful for.

Thank you God, for daily breath.

It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.

Jeff, we could all tell in your sermon yesterday that you were feeling better. You were so funny and made us all laugh. Everyone needed that laughter, after all the relentless schedules of the holiday season.

Next year, at this season, I hope your series this year about the real meaning of Christmas, will be continued. Now that you've dealt with all the shopping and decorating time consumption, I would love to hear you speak to the stress caused by all the back to back socializing, events to attend, and the over indulgent eating. Maybe it just seems that way to me, but it's very real, and very taxing.

No one could have ever told that you were giving laughter to us, when your morning had not brought laughter. That's just like you.

God bless.

You may have not fell whole the last few days, but what our church did Christmas Eve and again yesterday brought healing to my family. True and timely messages, volunter dedication, and staff sacrifice all working together for the health of those who come. I am proud and grateful to call WCC my church home.

Thanks

Breathing is one of the greatest gifts. Something we all take for granted every day. Thank you for the reminder about how truly lucky we are to have the gift of breath.
