G.K. Chesterton

I have been reading a book about G.K. Chesterton.  He was an English author who lived about 100 years ago.  A very bright man, Chesterton is known for his defence of the faith and his pursuit of joy and common sense.

One of my favorite sayings of his is "the world is full of wonders.....the problem is that we humans have forgotten how to wonder."

All around you are the wonders of our God.  What will you wonder at today?

It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.

Welcome back, my dear friend. Indeed, let's remember to wonder on a spring day where we have many inches of snow covering the land. May you and all my friends at Wood Chapel Church celebrate the joy of God's wonder! On a day in which we remember the palm leaves, there is joy in the snow!
