So God loves us and wants to give us good things in this life. But be careful, because if you do it wrong, you will tortured for eternity down below.
That is like this...
You are raised by parents that love you and always work for the good for you. They care for you in your needs and guide you. You have amazing parents. Then one day you go to college and you learn that your parents also have a torture chamber in the basement where they have tortured kids who didn't do it right.
What would you think of those loving parents now? Would you want to spend thanksgiving with them?
Maybe it is time to truly believe in a God of love.
