Well, this trip is different. I am going to tel. I have not been skiing since 2003. I have thought about going for years, but finally this past week I made it. 
[This is a guy trip] I loaded up my 2005 Honda Civic and took off with a friend. We drove straight thru to Georgetown, Colorado in 9hrs and 15 minutes. We stopped only to get gas. We made sandwiches in the car along the way. We stayed at the cheapest motel we could find, the Super 8. We ate cereal for breakfast and pizza the rest of the time. We skied two days, Thursday and Friday and are driving home today.It was a wonderful, joyful, relaxing time. I forgot how much fun snow skiing is. And Oh, the beauty of the trees.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.

Glad you got to go. And glad you got a chance to test the "Old Man" does Colorado mountains adventure. Now maybe you'll quit telling all of us you're old. Old is coming soon enough Embrace "mid."
And no need to apologize to anyone if you decide to stay at the Biltmore and eat real food next time.
