What can we say about fire?
It has it's good points. It keeps us warm. It cooks our food. It replenishes the earth by naturally burning off that which needs to go.
It is also devastating. Your house can burn to the ground. Fire can be used as a weapon. It is catastrophic when it comes into contact with human flesh.
Fire is a part of this world. It has it's good and bad. I think that there are many things in this life that have their good and bad attributes.
We felt very badly for those whose homes had burned. Yet the community has pulled together and is working to support the folks that are without a place to stay. They will rebuild. Life goes on.
Pray for those who have lost so much.
It's a beautiful day in God's world be sure to see the good.
