Recently I was sitting at the table of a friend when the topic of being ugly came up. Not ugly looking, but ugly acting.
We agreed that no matter what is going on, it doesn't have to be ugly. It never has to be ugly.
Ugly is unnecessary. Kindness is not that difficult to put on the table.
Never choose to be ugly. Even in tough moments we can choose to be kind.
Nothing is helped by us being ugly. Everything is helped when we show kindness. Always choose kindness.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
