kindness

A friend sent me this email...

Lately, I have received several messages on kindness that woke me up.  In the past, I had shut down friendships because I was working so many hours!  

I am now contacting family and friends.  We hang out together and laugh and talk for hours.  I even am on my high school reunion committee and hosted our first meeting at our home.  It was humbling to be hugged by old friends who haven’t seen me in 49 years.
