And so I was listening to an episode of "This American Life."

At the end of the podcast they were playing this song...

This song has a hauntingly beautiful first line...

I was taken in.  I listened and I listened.

I did some research.  The song was written and performed by "The Flaming Lips" in 2002.  I had never heard of the Flaming Lips.  Anyway, the version that I heard was a cover performed by Sharon Van Etten.

There are so many things that I wanted to say about this song.  So many positive messages.

Do you know that you are beautiful?  Amazing?  Do you know that you are loved?

Life goes by quickly... don't fail to tell everyone that you can...
