If I want something from you, it is not love. If I want something from you, I am not seeing you- - - as I am mostly focused on whatever need I want to have met.
When you love someone you see them and you value them. When you love someone, what you want is turned off. When you value someone, you enjoy them for who they are with no strings attached. When you love someone, you invest in them and you help them work for what is best in their lives.
When we make it about us, it is not love. So, lets make our lives about seeing people and investing in them.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
