preaching

So, I am preaching this Sunday at the Ft. Pierce First United Methodist Church.  That is, I am preaching if the Lord is willing and the Creek don't rise.

I have been thinking about this for a month.  I have been worried about it.  Seems odd, but when you don't do it, don't preach very often, you get pretty nervous.  Well I guess I was worried in the old days when I did it every week...

Pray for me.

I guess that you hope that when you stand in the pulpit or the holy desk, you hope that someone will hear something that will help them.

That is what I am hoping for, praying for...  for Sunday...
