physics

Its a matter of physics. It is one of Newton's laws. An object in motion tends to stay in motion. An object at rest tends to stay at rest until it is acted upon by some force.

Is your church moving or at rest? Momentum is so important in the life of a church. If your church is moving, help keep it moving. If your church is at rest, help get her going, or atrophy and decline will soon set in.

In your personal life- are you open, learning, changing, moving or are you static, smug and set in your ways? One of the great joys in life is learning something new. The concept of the word "life" implies movement and change. What we miss when we think we know it all. What we miss when we see ourselves as a finished product. Oh, what we gain when we learn the perspective of another. What we gain when we join with others to make the world a better place.

An object in motion tends to stay in motion.

It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.
