appreciation

It is not always true, but it is usually true that people will rise to the level of appreciation that you give them.  Sure you may have a kid that you are nice to that is self absorbed.  Sure we all know people who are so turned in that they don't give you the time of day.

But most people if you tell them that they are wonderful, they will take a step up towards being wonderful.  When I was the Sr Pastor I always told the congregation what good people they were, and you know what, they almost always lived into being great people.

Tell the people around you how amazing they are.  Your encouraging words of appreciation may be all that they need to rise to the top!

It's a beautiful day in God's world be sure to see the good.
