It's a step. One step. One small step. But it is a step in the right direction. If you don't like where you are at, look at where you want to go, and take the first step. Immediately, you have new momentum, and you are one step closer to your goal.
A step has been taken at our house. Don't know exactly where it is going, but a step in the right direction is always a step in the right direction.
Take one today. You will be glad that you did.

So happy for the one step. God already knows where that step will lead. That is reassuring. This is what children do, when they want to move into the adult world. They decide where they want to go, and start taking baby steps, and pretty soon they learn how to walk. Same thing when they learn to ride a bike and then learn to drive.
You share such good metaphors. Thanks for being our faithful teacher and guide. And we pray that other good steps are ahead.
