I believe

I believe.  I believe in you.  You may not be sure about what is going on, but I believe in you.  I have seen you.  I know what is inside of you. 

It is time.  Stand up.  Stand up! Fulfill your potential.  I know that you have insecurities, but the time is here.  Stand up.  Be who God has created you to be.  Every time that you hold back, you limit God's work. 

He has called you.  He loves you.  He is with you.  Step up to the plate and get your swings in for Jesus.
