I watched a movie the other night. The story revolved around
a man’s struggle with an addiction. Many destructive things can surround such a
problem. The turning point was when he finally came to terms with the fact he
could no longer do it himself.... Do the addiction, do the lies and deceit. He
knew his character and integrity were no longer intact. He realized he could no
longer make the right choice on his own and so he paused and said three words, “God
help me”……Then everything that he and God knew came to the surface and he began
to heal. The movie wasn’t based on a true story but this part was very real.
Everyone has a story, everyone can heal…..
