This makes me proud to be a Methodist. Doing good is beautiful. Being kind is wonderful. It is why we are here on this earth. Being good to others is like a magic pill. It heals them and it heals us. Being good to others takes our minds off of our worries and recenters us on life. If you are in a rut, go be good to the next person that you see.
