On Thursday last week, the church sent this email: "Pastor Tim Willcox has gone home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. He passed away last evening, August 25th. Please hold Sheryl, Jeff, Allison and Amanda and all the family in your prayers."
I cannot imagine the angst that this family is experiencing. Sometimes there are no words. No words. At times like this I want to pray, "Dear God... really???"
Tim was a great man and a great Pastor. He will be truly missed. In one short year he did so much for First UMC Ft. Pierce.
Life is fleeting. Hold those close whom you love. Learn to love those whom you don't.
Sometimes there are no words, but there is always love to share.
