Let me add... it is amazing how much self contempt we allow a mirror to produce.

Maybe when we were young, we valued ourselves based on how we looked.  Now the day has come when we need to stop that.  Our value does not come from our looks.  Not from how much hair we have.  Not from how good we think we look.

The day has come to understand that we are valuable simply because we are loved by God.  Get rid of the mirror.  See your reflection in our Father.  Feel the love and share the love and you will be aware of your value.
