"People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want and if they can't find them, make them."
George Bernard Shaw
The central question to happiness and contentment in this life is the choice that we make every day to focus on what is wrong, or to focus on what is right. On any given day, there is often something wrong, but there is always something right. The choice of perspective is ours and it makes all the difference in the world.
It's a beautiful day in God's world, be sure to see the good.

Amen. And thank you for calling this to our attention. When I'm around people who continually look for what's wrong, or what might go wrong, instead of looking for what's going right, it really frustrates me. And I wonder what God must think when he sends us innumerable blessings every day, and people grumble about what's wrong. We need to be thankful people. Can you believe almost thirty days of your "thankful" posts have transpired. I've enjoyed them.
