Our members invite people all the time. They are constantly talking to others about their church and bringing their friends. Brian C told me a story about bringing a family to visit, and the next week they were back with friends that they had invited.
A week ago, I wrote about some friends that were going to Gulf Shores, Alabama for vacation. Yesterday, I received an email from someone that they met there. I guess they spent a week in Gulf Shores hearing about what a great place Woods Chapel is.
An object in motion, tends to stay in motion. An organization going a certain direction, tends to continue that direction. Positive culture and momentum are carried by every member of the organism. When we are excited about our church, we will naturally tell others and they will be excited as well.
Keep up the good work. Many people are looking for a place to connect. Many are just waiting for that positive, guilt free invitation. Maybe you will run into someone today who is needing a church home......
