You do not need to believe the right things. [who says what those are?]
You do not need to say the sinner's prayer. [it's not in the Bible]
You do not need to live in fear. God does not want us to live in fear.
The church and many of our Pastors had filled us with shoulds and oughts. Shoulds and oughts do not matter. What matters is learning that you are loved, and learning to love back.
Jettison the shoulds and oughts. You do not need. You do not need their rules.
